Delina is also an elite ultra runner, multiple Ironman finisher, and first woman home at the 2012 Three Peaks challenge, and has a background in nursing, teaching and personal training. With her comprehensive knowledge of health, fitness and nutrition, it is safe to say she knows a lot about eating correctly for endurance sports. Following a detailed consultation, your nutrition plan will be periodised around your current training schedules including base, build, recovery, rest days, tapering, and race day nutrition.
